There are so many endless possibilities.
Since peacock feathers make my heart melt, why not add some to my banner.
How splendid.
To get this look, cut a triangle of burlap, off white fabric, a book page, and attached the peacock feather.
I hot glued everything. You could also sew all triangles together.
So simple, anyone could whip one of these out in a day.
