Today I baked Chocolate cupcakes.
Spring colored frosting, looks so beautiful on the tops of the chocolate cakes.
In Martha Stewarts magazine, I seen some neat designs you can do with colored cupcakes. You could arrange them in different patterns for any type of occasion.
I put small chocolate chips on top of the frosting to top off the delightful cupcakes.
I can not wait for spring, so I am bringing it in with these wonderful colors.
Frosting Recipe,
cream together
1/2 c. solid shortening
1/2 c. butter
add remaining ingredients until well mixed.
4 c. powdered sugar
2 T. milk- I added a bit more.
I am still waiting to hit 115 followers, so I can give something wonderful away.

So this is unrelated to this post, but I'm wearing my bright green flower in my hair for St. Paddy's Day :) The bright green one attached to the bobby pin...I've gotten so many compliments :)
